This H8600-B model features 1 5/8″ primary ports and a 2 1/2″ collector, specifically designed for a range of AMC vehicles from 1968-1970, including the AMX, Javelin, Rebel, and Ambassador with engines from 290-390 cu. in. Please note that for 1968-1970 AMC car applications, modification to stock downpipes may be required.
Additionally, these headers are compatible with 1971-1974 AMC Javelin, Rebel, and Ambassador models (304-401 cu. in.) and 1972-1991 Jeep CJ, Cherokee, Grand Wagoneer, J10, and J20 models (304-401/360 cu. in.). For 1971-1974 AMC cars and 1972-1979 Jeep models, these headers are a direct bolt-on replacement for OE manifolds with no modifications needed.
