Agreement To Terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and EngineCare LLC, based in Salinas, California, governing your use of enginecarellc.com and any purchase made through the site. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or place an order.
Who Can Use This Site

Products, Fitment and Descriptions
We do our best to keep product listings, specifications, and fitment information accurate and current, including bellhousing patterns, spline counts, gear ratios, and horsepower ratings. Even so, manufacturers occasionally update specs without notice, and errors can happen.

Pricing And Listing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any payment made, and notify you of the correction before proceeding.
Orders, Pricing and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or limit any order, including orders that appear to involve fraud, unauthorized reseller activity, or a pricing or listing error, and we'll notify you if that happens.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before an order ships, except where financing has been separately arranged. See our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship free nationwide, with processing and transit times outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are our best expectation, not a guarantee, and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty
