The headers boast 5/16″ precision-machined flanges with welded O-ring seals, ensuring a consistently tight and reliable seal against each exhaust port. This flange thickness has been optimized through extensive testing to provide both durability and the necessary pliability for a perfect seal.

Each tube is mandrel-bent, a process that maintains the tubing’s structural integrity and consistent diameter through all curves. This ensures unrestricted exhaust flow, maximizing performance. The headers come with a standard heat-cured, high-temperature paint finish, with an optional Hooker Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating available for superior heat management.
