From Order To Your Curb
Order Confirmed
You'll receive an email confirmation. In-stock items are processed within 2–3 business days.
Carrier Assigned
We book a freight-insured carrier and send tracking details straight to your email.
Delivery Scheduled
For palletized freight, the carrier calls ahead to schedule a curbside delivery window.
Inspect & Sign
Inspect the crate for visible damage before signing — this protects any damage claim.
⚠ Before You Sign For A Freight Delivery
Crate engines and combo kits can weigh 400–700+ lbs and are delivered curbside on a pallet — have help ready to move it. Inspect the crate and packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt, and note any damage directly on the receipt.
If you sign for a delivery as "received in good condition" without noting damage, it can make a freight damage claim harder to process — so take a minute to check it over first.
Delivery Areas & Damage Claims
